 Chip Walker has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998. Chip joined Cook Commercial Properties in July 2001. Actively engaged in the sales, acquisitions, and brokerage of office, retail, industrial, and recreational properties. JOE M. DOVE

 Joe M. Dove joined Cook Commercial Properties in January 2003 after a successful career in newspaper publishing and business development. He served as director of economic development for Entergy Mississippi, where he led a team which successfully recruited more than $200 million in industrial investment in just five years. He also is a former business owner, and most recently was director of business development and publisher of all weekly products for The Clarion-Ledger, Mississippi's largest newspaper. Joe is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and numerous professional development programs.

CARL COLEMAN

 Carl is a native of Brandon, MS where he attended high school. After graduating Carl attended Belhaven College where he studied painting and fine art. Carl was also a member of Kappa Pi Honor society. Carl is active in the arts where he donates numerous paintings to different areas, including the National Kidney Foundation, the Arthritis Foundation, Cancer League and Art for Hearts. Carl worked as property manager for a local real estate investor. Carl joined Cook Commercial Properties in September 2003, after completing MAR I and MAR II courses and obtaining a real estate license.
